urgent measures under a reorganisation order

My comment:

Redressement judiciaire
Procédure organisée par la loi du 25 janvier 1985 pour toute entreprise en état de cessation des paiements des lors qu'elle présente une possibilité de redressement.

translation: reorganisation order

Phase of insolvency proceedings, under the Law of January 25th 1985, in which a company which has suspendedpayments, demonstrates it has a chance to survive.

My references:

The meaning of redressement provisoire here is as under French insolvency law, it is not the meaning of redressement as is used in accountancy. Marie du Buit, a French insolvency lawyer, has an excellent website with a brilliantly useful glossary - www.etude-dubuit.fr/glossaire.

Also from my own experience working for lawyers and banks in the City of London.

Admesurement of provisional rebound

My comment:

I think your phrase relates to a financial agreement, so it is not recovery but rebound.
