Ce type de congé est octroyé au fonctionnaire au terme de chaque terme de contrat, même en cas de renouvellement.

S'agit-il du congé administratif dont nous, fonctionnaires des TOM jouissons? Je suis dans ce cas. Ces congész font l'objet de l'octroi de billets de transport pour le fonctionnaire et sa famille.
