As� lo traducir�a yo si est�n hablando de un proceso de selecci�n de gerentes. "screening" es, en selecci�n de personal, un estudio de los antecedentes (el curriculum, refrencias, etc.) para ver con qui�n te quedas y con qui�n no (la "criba"...jejeje...)
