Another way would be talking to a catholic priest, I mean an older one, as they used to do all their studies in Latin.

I delved into a little Latin with Rosetta Stone, and I am afraid we didn't cover that phrase. In order to be sure you tatoo a good translation, I might suggest turning to a company who translates professionally, just for Latin. I would put "Latin translations" in the search engine and compare companies. I really don't think it would be that expensive.
