Hinter einer Buzz-Session verbirgt sich die unverzügliche Zusammenkunft aller sachkundigen Mitarbeiter, um die noch unbekannte Aufgabenstellung eines Kollegen zu lösen. So wird das vorhandene Wissen aller zur Problemlösung zusammengefasst
Wird dort als "Buzz Session" bezichnet.

I assume that the "buzz" is informal for "telephone", i.e. that some sort of training, instruction, advice is given over the phone.
