This is the ID plate that is usually found on any kind of equipment, with manufacturer's name, ratings and, most important of all, the unit serial number. PLAQUETA implies an actual (hard) plate, usually made of aluminum. If it's a sticker, be it made of plain adhesive paper or aluminum foil, I'd recommend ETIQUETA DE IDENTIFICAÇÃO instead.
