My comment:

Again, you gave no context, so the best I can offer is a guess, actually two of them.
If the unit, whatever it is, works on 120/220 volts AC, i.e. directly connected to the available electricity outlet, it's TOMADA.
On the other hand, if the unit works on a lower voltage, possibly DC, the FONTE DE ALIMENTAÇÃO contains a transformer, usually some circuitry to keep voltage stable, and rectifying components to convert AC to DC. The fonte is connected between the TOMADA and the unit.
