there are many specific shipping documents, e.g. bill of lading, airway bill, packing list, etc..and the relevant one should be used if you know it. Otherwise, use the generic term above.

Tanto Borderô como Voucher tem um pé no Francês, mas pelas definições se equivalem. O "bordereaux" pegou o navio para o Brasil, enquanto o "voucher" foi para os EUA e UK.

'borderô' is simply the colloquial for 'documento de expedição' - being despatch order. that's wvy it is in brackets in the original text!
