My comment:

In proper German there is no such word as 'Personalgestellungen'. It seems to be a Southern German slang use of 'Gestellung' that refers to Customs presentations.

"Gestellung" ist kein süddeutscher Dialekt, sondern eine veraltete Form von "Zurverfügungstellung", die aber in der Amstssprache durchaus noch Verwendung findet.
