Der Vertragshändler ist ein unabhängiger Kaufmann und handelt in eigenem Namen und auf eigene Rechnung.
Der Vertragshändler als frz. Concessionnaire ist ein weniger unabhängiger Kaufmann und zwar handelt in eigenem Namen und auf eigene Rechnung aber er kauft und verkauft Produkte im Rahmen eines Exklusivvertrages weiter.
Der Vertragshändler als frz. Revendeur ggf. der frz. Distributeur agrée hingegen verkauft Produkte auch im Rahmen eines Vertrages der nicht mit Exklusivität gekennzeichnet ist.
Weitere Indizien sind bestimmt in den Source Text vorhanden um zu definieren ob es sich um Revendeur evtl. Distributeur handelt.
