personnellement je traduis toujours ce type d'abbréviations, après tout pourquoi quand il existe des équivalents, or c'est le cas ici

You wouldn't translate Ltd or plc into German, so leave GmbH & Co OHG in German, it's part of the company name.

GmbH is a company with limited liability (Limited company = Ltd)
OHG means a general partnership.
