My comment:

`Company management` is the most close translation to the original `Geschaeftsleitung`. `Submit` should be used for proposals or ideas ( e.g. - an idea submitted to s.o.`s attention). `Present` should be used for documents, reports and suchlike! I hope to have been useful! :)
