It is not "PolyPhaser lighning" and surge protector, it is Polyphaser "lightning and surge protector"
PloyPhaser seems to be a trade name

My comment:

S'il s'agit de systemes de protection contre les surtensions, effectivement Polyphaser a developp� toute une gamme de protection contre la foudre, tr�s appr�ci�e notamment dans la marine et la plaisance.
