OK - I know, this probably isn't ideal. But I think the answer may have to go in this direction. Mrg is likely to stand for Management Review Group (although I would have expected to see something like MRG-Appraiser). Presumably there is a common German equivalent for that - see my attempt above. Or it can be left as MRG-Beurteiler (cf. CEO, which tends to remain untranslated). Unfortunately Google remains remarkably silent on this in both ENG and GER.

Es könnte natürlich auch MRG = "Multimedia Research Group oder Management Research Group" sein und wenn dies der Name der Firma ist, dann bleibt er natürlich auch im deutschen stehen, ich denke ohne Bindestrich

I think this either a typo or you are translating a German text which is also a translation...!!
Mr. bleibt nicht im deutschen stehen und appraisal = Beurteilung.
Appraiser wäre der Gutachter, Sachverständiger oder Beurteiler
