"Planted" doesn't limit you to grass, and "inner" isn't inside under cover, which I would assume for "interior".

Greenery makes me think of florists, or if it's definitely growing, shrubs - certainly not just a lawn and a tree. I also think interior sounds like it is inside the building, whereas I guess this is just surrounded on 4 sides by the building.
