accommodating a client's/customer's special requests to a great extend

My comment:

English offers the advantage of concision, especially by sticking to Anglo-Saxon instead of Latin-based terminology (e.g. "needs" i.o. "requirements") and making appropriate use of the genitive apostrophe ('), as in "customer's" or "customers' " i.o. "...of the customers".
