Let's forget 'gibberish'.
The fact still remains we are here to assist the asker.
Could 'concene' be a typo for 'concerne'? Will it still make any sense?
Like all the others, I am still befuddled.

My comment:

Le premier mot pourrait bien etre "concerne" et le deuxieme n`a pas de sens(a moins qu'il veut dire "trop"! De toutes les manieres, si les mots, qui sont entre parentheses" n`ajoutent rien au sens general de la phrase, tu peux tout simplement les ignorer et ne pas les reprendre (carrement) dans le texte Anglais! ou bien, par mesure de precaution, tu peux juste reprendre les parentheses et ecrire "not clear".
