My comment:

an offer like this already has to be considered a violence of contract / breach of duty to perform.

At least this is the sense. Maybe / surely it can be expressed more nicely in English.

My comment:

The sentence is a tangle of confusion which needs cleaning up in accordance with the wider context. But apparently it has to do with the intention of infringing on a customer's (legal) protection or the danger that this may occur. So I would start with the core phrase above.
