"அமைதியான மனம்" "சற்றே மூச்சுவிடு"

My comment:

அமைதியான மனம் is the right phrase . People used to say "கொஞ்சம் மூச்சுவிடு" if somebody is continuously. The Clear term for that is "சற்றே மூச்சுவிடு"
