Decree Law/Legislative Decree

DL = Decree Law/Legislative Decree; DO (Diario Oficial) = Federal Register

My comment:

It can be either Decree Law or Legislative Decree (sometimes seen as D.Leg.)
Official Gazette is commonly used for BO (Boletin Oficial), but DO is more the equivalent of the Federal Register in the U.S.)

My references:

See www.ll.georgetown.edu/intl/guides/MexicanLegalResearch.cfm for diario oficial.
