es wurde helfen zu wissen worum es hier geht, "Fassung" von was - einer gesetzl Bestimmung, eines Vertrages und der "AUsfuhreung der Leistung" = worauf bezieht sich das, wenn Vollednung eines Werkes = completion, wenn nur "Druchefuhrung" = delivery of service
