My comment:

je ne vois pas où est le problème. il y a deux couleurs différentes de "tablets" pour ce médicament, c'est tout !
Je suppose que , selon la couleur du comprimé, les composants sont différents mais il doit falloir associer les deux pour que le traitement prescrit soit efficace dans ce cas précis. Il est certain que "comp" siginfie bien comprimé.
