Die Wendung "zu vorl�ufig" existiert im Deutschen nicht. Mein Vorschlag daher:
"Die Ergebnisse sind als vorl�ufig einzustufen. DIe Anzahl der F�lle ist zu gering, um einen Zusammenhang nachzuweisen."
