I would translate : '..and as a result, the individual services, with their total cost broken out (resolved) and respective market price can ....'

My references:

Some information on Leo, but mostly contectual. A practical translation of lifecycle terminology is needed here. We would state the cost break out vs. market price -- but I it would have to be described in terms of the entire paragraph.

My comment:

The context implicates that it is about "splitting" aggregated cost for a complex service into single components.

Just a guess, however.

It might help to have 2-3 sentences before this.
