The snippet you provided discusses the need for a contract to include a clause allowing changes in the contract price to reflect changes in the market -- without the need for re-writing the contract. The term "nettoveranderung" would literally mean "net price change" or "final price change", however in this context (contractual/legal) it means rate adjustment.
