Das ist eine Aufzählung, also GANZ SICHER nicht das gleiche, sondern 2 verschiedene Buffets.
Dies bezieht sich auch NICHT auf die "Leichtigkeit der Speisen!"
Das Erste ist eher "Fingerfood" und das 2. nur mit Besteck zu essen.

wort fuer wort kommt das dabei raus, heist soviel wie, "ein leichtes buffet mit sitz moeglischkeiten".
