Varias cosas.
Primero, la palabra davit no existe en castellano, ya que la palabra que se usa es "pescante".
Segundo, David es sólamente nombre de persona, y sea cual fuere, en todo caso las palabras que no sean nombres propios ni de lugares van en minúscula.
