It sounds good, but "especialidades" couldn't always be the same as "conditions". Is more proper to refer to "conditions" as the conditions of the case itself, and some legal specialities may take those conditions into account. I agree that "provided for" is more accurate. I disagree with "clause", since it isn't the same as "precept". A precept could be a clause or a group of clauses.
