My comment:

Creo que esta es la m�s adecuada. Es la manera m�s frecuente que he visto de traducir lo que "recurso de reposici�n" significa estrictamente en el derecho espa�ol, aunque a veces tambi�n he visto "motion to set aside", pero creo que "motion for reversal" es la mejor aqu�.
No hay una traducci�n literal.
