I feel this might be better expressed like this in English. There are lots of hits in Google too.

The art of making fine beers

My comment:

Angelika, I'm sure you googled for this term and one hardly gets any hits. Braukultur is a "typically" German term and I don't think "brewery culture" really communicates anything meaningful in UK or US (never heard this expression in either country - lived there for 14 years). But both countries have their own concepts of expressing this "religious feeling" Bavarians get (which I am, without the "mandatory" taste nor devotion to beer). I would almost go with slogan-like and completely free concepts used by breweries in UK/US that communicates similar ideas and feelings like "The art of making fine beers" or even coin an expression e.g. "The tradition of brewing fine ales/beer". I don't click "I'm sure" (though I am) as I strongly believe there is no established expression for this.
