My comment:

Cartas Nauticas is the correct term for marine maps. Regarding marine radios.... usually in Spanish you would not use the marine part. so probably I would switch the order in the sentence to say Receptores de radio y Cartas Marinas

Aunque la traducción literal "mapas marinos" no es incorrecta, la expresión "cartas náuticas" es mucho más precisa. Sobre todo porque es el término que usan los especialistas. Ejemplos: http://www.libreriadenautica.com/familias/cartas-nauticas.html

En cuanto a "radio marina" es más aceptable, aunque también es posible "radio náutica".
