Die Erfindung betrifft eine Steckvorrichlung für Kabelverbindungen im Hochspannungs-Starkstrombereich nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. [0002] Es ist bekannt, im Hochspannungs-Starkstrombereich Steckverbindungen z.B. als Innenkonus-Sleckverbiridungeri auszuführen, bei denen die Kontak-tierung zwischen einem Buchsenteil und einem Stekkerteil über einen Lamellenfederring erfolgt.


Was ist bekannt???

It's not a question of how usual it is, but of whether it is already "known". There was one case, for example, where a patent for a process of raising sunken ships by filling them with balls of polyurethane foam was refused because a similar process had been described in Donald Duck comic! (The duck used ping-pong balls, but it was the same principle.) The process was therefore "known", but had never actually been used in practice.

This is simply wrong. It is not a fact that is known, but a method. The word "known" could be used, but in a different construction: "The use of ... is known", for example. I am not a patent expert, but there is a term "prior art", which might be what is intended here.
