Um ein besseres Heizen der Substrate zu ermöglichen, kann die Auflagefläche der Substrate freigefräst werden. Hier ist zu beachten, dass das Substrat rundum so aufliegt, dass ein verkippen in die Freifräsung unter keinen Umständen möglich ist.
