I have a feeling that "Group Technology" is a single term referring to technology which is implemented throughout a group (of companies), so it must be included in the translation.
But that's a bit of a guess.

"Principal" steht hier im Sinne von "an erster Stelle" (= Haupt); "Risk" = da es darum geht, Risiken zu vermeiden, kann man das Ganze mit "Sicherheit" umschreiben. "Policy" = Regel oder Regeln (da es in einer "policy" mehrere gibt) oder Richtlinien.
