The thread count says somesthing about the density of the fabric. 400 threads means the cotton or linen? is high quality. If your description is not too specialized, i would suggest: Kissen mit hochwertigen Bezügen.

clad pillows = besticktes Kissen
fuer mich ist es: mit 400 Fadenlauf (Fadenlaeufen) bestickte Kissen
