I am translating a book should the title be translated and if so how????Or would we use both one in Black and the other in script for example.

El título original no incluye un imperativo en la segunda parte sino un subtítulo. He mantenido esta forma.

Sólo se usa poner ambos como sugieres cuando se trata de una referencia a un libro no traducido en otro documento. Si traduces el libro, debes ponerle un título. Te sugiero uno. Lo de sexy, tiene la ventaja de no acordarse en género.

I would put it in spanish, although the english-spanish option is also good. If you put in spanish I would suggest that.
