AN can have several meanings (like ArbeitNehmer), in this case I suppose the supplier/contractor is meant or the plumber, respectively who is commisioned with the installation of that toilet. It's quite common to write AG-seitig (von Seiten des Auftraggebers) and AN (von Seiten des Auftragnehmers). Good luck!

There must be an explanation for ANseitig. This is an abbreviation for the location where the fittings are to be installed.
