In European Portuguese we normally say "Licenciado em Engenharia com distinção em Engenharia Aero-espacial" which means "Bachelor of Engineering with Honours Aerospace Engineering".
Distinção means to perform exceptionally good.

if the context followns on "to graduate with honors"
Portuguese (Brazil) will follow as "formar-se com honras" or "formou-se com Honras" (3º person/ past tense). Portugal will be more common using "graduar-se com Honras" or "graduou-se com Honras"
