Diesel high-presssure oil system - the legacy TM translates it as « carter de distribution »; no show on google.

..as long as it's consistent with the rest of the manual. Part names are somewhat arbitrary, just make sure you call it the same throughout. "Carter de distribution" might be right, if it fits the function in this case.
