Il démarra en faisant grinder la boîte de vitesses. En quittant le centre-ville par l'est,

Keywords:

...la route s'était faite plus étroite, plu sinueuse. Au détour des virages,, des pans de la montagne Sainte-Victoire se dévoilaient subitemetn avant de disparaître comme par enchantement...Does it mean nothing more then "bend in the road?"
