in-licensee as opposed to out-licensor. The out-licensor grants a licence to the in-licensee. Licensee would suffice, but in is added for more clarity, since many readers may not understand the difference between licensor and licensee.
In French, le titulaire d'un brevet peut conceder une licence d'exploitation...
