My comment:

"Abwicklung von Verträgen" means the way a contract is handled once the contractual relationship is terminated and/or has come to an end. So "concluding" or "conclusion" can't be right as that is synonymous with "entering into a contract", i.e. the opposite.

My comment:

"eines Stromlieferanten" could also mean "on behalf of a power supplier". To be absolutely sure of the meaning of "eines" it would be necessary to contact the company. My first choice, however, would be the solution I have entered in the window above.
