My comment:

Assuming a legal approach in terms of deceit, the verb to be used should be "to deceive", because it manifests a violation of law

Stimmt nur, wenn es sich nicht um willkürliche Buchstaben oder Namensabkürzungen handelt. G kann auch Getäuschter bedeuten.
