My comment:

I'm sure Claude is right - this smacks of internal jargon. There must be some sort of allowance for a class/classes. 'Roster' (US English) could be a list or a rota (UK English), so they may take it in turns. Best to clarify with outsourcer.

To be honest, the English sentence makes little sense, it must have to do with the site internal jargon.
