If you must give it a French flavor! Otherwise, I'd leave it as is, any potential interested party will certainly understand what it's about.

I agree with Claude. The French flavour could concern the word "operation" which is often translated as "fonctionnement" but, in the present case - acronym - "opération" is the best choice.
