Es handelt sich einfach nur um eine Scheibe, Kebbe zu machen.
Die Kebbe wird durch den Fleischwolf mithilfe dieser Scheibe gejagt. Kebbe ist eine Art gefüllte Frikadelle aus hauptsächlich Lammfleisch. In anderen Ländern wird sie "Kibbeh" genannt.
