My comment:

"Et" es el nombre que recibe el signo "&" (ampersand) de acuerdo con la RAE.
Sin embargo, tal vez desees considerar estas otras opciones si crees que decir "signo et" no comunica claramente la idea al lector o visitante del sitio web:
-Signo '&' plateado con diamantes de fantasía/imitación.
-Signo "ampersand" plateado con diamantes de fantasía/imitación.
