brush with hose connection/attachment

My comment:

You mean carrier for "porte" ? It may be some specialized tool, but I have not had time to check.

It is not a brush, it's a kind of door. My sliding bathroom door has a brush seal, but as it's indoors it doesn't need a system for letting the rainwater drain out.

I am not sure there's a door involved. It could be mispelled "porte-brosse" brush holder?

Does the text deal with a high pressure cleaner, or is it another kind of tool?

My comment:

la formulation française semble incorrecte, il aurait fallu écrire jet et non "rejet", à moins qu'il s'agisse d'un outil que je ne connais pas.
