Context:

Le contacteur a dynamise et remis la ligne selon le tableau A de l’annexe I. Les lignes restantes ne peuvent être menées grâce à la longue attente relative à l’opposition, qui n’est pas attnhqable à l’entrepreneur.
Is contacteur typo?

The context of this text is really unclear. There is a typo in the word just before "a l'entrepreneur".

I am a native French speaker and I don't understand the original text_ if it is, as it sounds as a bad translation.

My comment:

The French is so bad that it's incomprehensible. One can only guess that contacteur is a typo, that contracteur is a bad translation from whatever, in other words a lot of guesses, nothing certain.
