My comment:

Usually as bank.
If I recall, the contract you're working on is a purchase contract, so that would be what it is. If it is a different type of contract, we'd need to know what it is, the translation would probably be different.

Yes, it could be "place of execution", but here I think it's more specific, they're talking about where the payment (which bank will handle) will take place.
